We ask that you give us at least 1-2 business days notice of expected delivery so we can have our receiving team ready. Upon receipt, we will let you know the total inventory received so you can make the next steps for moving your items to Amazon FBA or have us hold for fulfillment and/or storage. 

We will provide shipping tracking and updated inventory information upon the receipt and confirmation of your shipment either in or out.

At FBA Oversize, we track inventory on a daily basis however, inventory is reported to you, the client, as shipments and orders are processed, or on a monthly basis for billing.

Freight sent to Amazon FBA is done through Seller Central. We ask our clients to add us as ‘Additional Users’ with access limited to the ‘Inventory’ tab. Here are the directions to complete this:

1. Login to Seller Central using your Admin account email.
2. In the top right hand corner, scroll over ‘Settings‘.
3. Towards the bottom of the dropdown menu, select ‘User Permissions‘.
4.  On the ‘User Permissions‘ screen, type ‘FBA Oversize‘ as Name and ‘info@momentumwarehousing.com‘ as Email Address under the ‘Add a New User‘ area (please note the email address is amzn@fbastrategy.com).
5. Click on ‘Send Invitation‘.
6. Reply to this email when the above steps are completed so we can accept the invitation.
7. Once we have accepted the invitation, log back into your Seller Central account using your Admin account email.
8. Again, in the top right hand corner, scroll over ‘Settings‘.
9. Towards the bottom of the dropdown menu, select ‘User Permissions‘.
10. On the ‘User Permissions‘ screen, select ‘Manage Permissions‘ to the right of our name and email for the newly created Current Users.
11. The ‘Inventory‘ selection area should be at the top of the menu, select ‘Admin‘ for that area (this should autoselect all options furthest to the right of the menu for Inventory).
12. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Continue‘.
13. You should see the modified Inventory permissions highlighted.
14. Again, scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Continue‘.
15. You should see a message at the top of the screen stating: “You have successfully modified the permissions highlighted below“.
16. Reply to this email when the above steps are completed so we can confirm we have the access needed to create your Amazon FBA outbound shipments.

Once all the steps above are completed, we will be able to create any shipments you request. From there, we will create the shipment, build the pallets out, and input the appropriate volumes/weights of the pallets for the Amazon partnered carrier.

Yes, you can always create your own shipping and labels and send directly to our Operations team: ops@fbaoversize.com when creating an Amazon FBA shipment. Please make sure to select Thermal Printing (4″ x 6″ labels) when downloading the shipping labels from Amazon’s Seller Central.

Your items have arrived and you can only send in a portion of your units due to Amazon’s FBA inventory limits, what’s next?

FBA Oversize will contact you on the day of delivery with details on your items. We will provide you an invoice and bill explaining the goods received. You can then let us know what your plans are next for moving your goods onto Amazon FBA and/or storing your items. 

If you can only send a portion of your items to Amazon FBA due to Amazon inventory storage limits, we can store the remaining items for $29/pallet/month.

**This is charged on a prorated amount depending on how many days in each month your items are stored.**

If you have less than a pallet that needs storing at FBA Oversize’s warehouse, the cost is $1/cubic foot/month.

If you can only send a portion of your items to Amazon FBA due to Amazon inventory storage limits, we can store the remaining items.

You will receive a Quickbooks invoice at the start of each month detailing the previous months storage charges. If your items have been stored for less than a month, you will receive a prorated rate based on how many days your items have been stored.

If you are sending your remaining inventory into Amazon FBA or out of our warehouse, you will receive a final invoice with your remaining balance that must be paid in full prior to FBA Oversize releasing your inventory.
