FbaZoom, an Atlas Daedalus LLC brand (“FbaZoom“), acts only as an agent and consultant for facilitating shipping, logistics, and customs for imports. You (“Client“) agree that you are responsible for the payment of your goods to your supplier and/or third parties. You agree that you are responsible for the payment of all shipping, logistics, customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or port fees associated with your goods, and this may include payment to FbaZoom, an Atlas Daedalus LLC brand, for any payments made on your behalf.
FbaZoom, an Atlas Daedalus LLC brand, reserves the right to charge a 10% late fee of your account balance in the event of nonpayment or partial payment for any or all services provided, following 30 days of nonpayment or partial payment for any or all services provided.
FbaZoom, an Atlas Daedalus LLC brand, reserves the right to hold the release of any or all of your goods for nonpayment or partial payment for any or all services provided.
FbaZoom, and Atlas Daedalus LLC brand, may confiscate any or all of your goods following 90 days of nonpayment or partial payment for any or all services provided.
